Roles &amp; Responsibilities
<ul>
 <li>Develop and optimize process flowsheets, mass and energy balances for steel, aluminium, copper, zinc, and other metallurgical operations.</li>
 <li>Lead process design deliverables: PFDs, P&amp;IDs, equipment sizing, process simulations.</li>
 <li>Support basic &amp; detailed engineering for EPC/EPCM projects, including feasibility and techno-economic studies.</li>
 <li>Drive process improvement initiatives — yield enhancement, waste reduction, safety &amp; environmental compliance.</li>
 <li>Provide subject-matter expertise during commissioning, plant performance tests, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.</li>
 <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams: operations, mechanical, electrical &amp; instrumentation, automation, and SHE.</li>
 <li>Ensure compliance with global metallurgical standards, sustainability norms, emissions control &amp; water/energy optimization.</li>
