Key Responsibilities:

 <li>Lead, develop, and implement company-wide HSE &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;strategies, standards, and objectives in alignment with business goals and &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;applicable Indian regulations.​</li>
 <li>Oversee all aspects of health, safety, &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;environmental protection, and fire safety management for pan-India &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;projects, including site operations and field sites.​</li>
 <li>Ensure strict compliance with statutory &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;requirements (Factories Act, EPA, OISD, PESO, etc.), global standards (ISO &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;45001, ISO 14001) and HSE contract clauses.</li>
 <li>Lead safety incident management: investigation, &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;root cause analysis, and development of corrective and preventive actions &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;for all incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions.​</li>
 <li>Conduct and supervise regular internal HSE &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;audits, site inspections, and risk assessments across refinery and project &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;sites, ensuring timely closure of NCRs.​</li>
 <li>Mentor and guide regional HSE/Safety managers, &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;officers, and site teams; deliver targeted safety training and competency &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;development programs.​</li>
 <li>Champion a proactive safety culture and organize &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;safety campaigns, toolbox talks, and behavioural-based safety (BBS) &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;initiatives.​</li>
 <li>Oversee all fire safety systems and compliance, &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;including audits, inspection, and readiness reviews; manage emergency &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;preparedness and mock drills.​</li>
 <li>Engage with external stakeholders (clients, &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;statutory authorities, vendors) for compliance, approvals, and HSE &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;reporting.​</li>
