Role & Responsibilities:
- Drive sales through the growth of existing clients.
- Generate new business opportunities.
- Implement a lead generation strategy.
- Develop and manage networks within the industry.
- Ability to perform all aspects of selling/closing a project.
- Post Sales, follow up for all payments as per agreed terms.
- Inspect, scope, photograph and estimate projects.
- Maintain acceptable profit margins.
- Responsible for the solicitation of project documents and information.
- Maintain sales quota for each quarter and year as provided.
- Willing to travel as per project need.
Key Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and Master of Business Administration.
- 15+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development of Solar EPC/EVSE & batteries for Solar/EV
- To develop the Sales market in the segment.
- Enhance market penetration and business in the Solar/EV industry.
- Should have a strong network and generate new enquiries, maintain database of customers in the Solar/EV segment and be capable of generating profitable business.
- Functional responsibility of achieving Sales/Order intake.
- Strong understanding of solar technologies, market dynamics, and regulatory environments.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies and achieving revenue targets.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
