Role Objective:
To lead and scale the operations of the Solar EPC vertical, ensuring project excellence, profitability, and team capability while enabling rapid business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end execution of utility-scale and rooftop solar EPC projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
  • Oversee project planning, resource allocation, site execution, and risk management.
  • Coordinate across engineering, procurement, and site teams to resolve operational challenges.
  • Monitor project progress, implement corrective actions, and prepare periodic MIS/reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) and statutory requirements.
  • Build and manage relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to drive project success
P&L Ownership:
  • Deliver EBITDA targets as per the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
  • Optimize cost structures, margins, and operational efficiency across projects.
Project Execution Leadership:
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with targeted cash flow performance.
  • Oversee planning, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
Customer & Stakeholder Management:
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through quality execution and clear communication.
  • Act as a senior escalation point for critical project challenges.
Systems, Processes & Governance:
  • Build scalable project management systems and SOPs across execution, safety, quality, and documentation.
  • Drive compliance and risk mitigation across all project sites.
Team Development & Leadership:
  • Lead a team of Project Managers and cross-functional execution teams across geographies.
  • Mentor and build a high-performance operations team aligned with future business needs.
Business Growth Enablement:
  • Support BU Head in scaling the business from ₹500 Cr to ₹1500 Cr revenue over 2–3 years.
  • Enable execution capacity from 500 MW to 1000+ MW through strategic operational readiness.
Job Requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Civil).
  • Proven track record in handling large-scale Solar EPC projects.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools and processes.
