Assistant Manager - MSD Implementation

Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O to join our ERP Implementation team at Zetwerk Electronics. This role will be pivotal in driving the successful implementation and configuration of the finance module of D365, working closely with the Supply Chain Consultant, IT leadership, and factory finance teams.
You will be responsible for aligning the system with our business processes, ensuring end-to-end integration, and delivering best-in-class financial solutions to support our growing manufacturing operations.
Job Requirement
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes in manufacturing environments (GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Costing)
  • End-to-end D365 implementation experience
  • Requirement gathering, documentation, solution design, configuration & testing
  • Integration understanding with SCM, production, and inventory modules
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with IT, finance, and factory teams
  • Support data migration, validation, testing (unit and UAT), and cutover activities.
  • Facilitate and participate in key user trainings and change management processes.
  • Provide Level 1 functional support post-go-live for finance-related issues and enhancement requests.
  • Track implementation progress, raise risks or blockers proactively, and ensure timely resolution in coordination with the partner and internal teams.
  • Create and maintain SOPs, user guides, test cases, and issue trackers.
