Roles & Responsibilities -
  • Plan and optimize manpower, layout, line balancing, and productivity for high-mix, high-volume production.
  • Monitor and improve key IE metrics: UPH, UPPH, OEE, manpower productivity, and space utilization.
  • Support NPI builds with fixture readiness, operator training, and line setup.
  • Ensure test coverage, DFT compliance, and support debugging of failures.
  • Ensure uptime of assembly tools, fixtures, and test equipment through preventive and breakdown maintenance.
  • Implement lean practices (5S, Kaizen, SMED) and track KPIs like FPY, OEE, and DPMO.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Production, SCM, and Program Management to meet delivery, cost, and quality goals.
Job Requirement
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 15+ years in EMS industry with at least 6 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong experience in SMT, THT, PCBA, and box-build processes.
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
