Key Responsibilities

Lead design projects from concept to implementation, independently managing scope and timelines
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define problems and shape solutions
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to bring ideas to life
Conduct user research and analytics deep dives, using insights to inform and refine your work
Ensure designs are implemented accurately and functionally, partnering with developers to negotiate trade-offs and find the right path forward when technical constraints arise
Use and contribute to our design system, working with engineers to implement it and co-build reusable components
Participate actively in critiques, design reviews, stand-ups, and cross-functional working sessions
Mentor junior designers and help grow a culture of craft, feedback, and design excellence

Job Requirement

Bachelors or Masters in design (or similar) with 4–6 years of experience in product design, ideally in SaaS, B2B, or enterprise environments.
Expert-level Figma skills—components, auto-layout, variants, and prototyping. Experience with Figma Make AI is a plus.
Strong hands-on experience in user research—planning, conducting, and synthesizing insights from user studies.
Ability to set up and interpret user analytics, with experience using tools like PostHog, Mixpanel, or similar and experience in designing for manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial systems is a plus.
