Responsible for managing the organization’s complete insurance portfolio, ensuring comprehensive coverage across business operations, assets, employees, and liabilities. The role involves handling all policy renewals, claims, broker coordination, and compliance with statutory requirements.

• Manage all corporate insurance policies – property, marine, liability, employee benefits, motor, cyber, D&O, etc.

• Lead negotiations with brokers and insurers to optimize pricing, coverage, and service quality.

• Collaborate with internal teams to assess risks and recommend suitable coverage structures.

• Oversee timely renewals, issuance of certificates, and claim settlements.

• Maintain centralized records of policies, premiums, and claims; track trends and cost efficiencies.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support audit processes.

• Prepare management reports on insurance costs, claims, and coverage gaps

• Graduate in Finance, Commerce, Risk Management, or related field.

• 5–8 years of experience in corporate insurance, risk management, or broker liaison roles.

• Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting, and claims.

• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
