Technology + Manufacturing

Over the last 5 years, Zetwerk has built a strong technology driven supply chain to deliver high quality manufacturing of various industrial and consumer products at highly competitive costs and lead times. Zetwerk’s in-house Manufacturing Operating System software, ZISO, enables digital selection of supply, pricing recommendations, digital repository of engineering designs, real-time tracking of manufacturing across various stages, visual updates of products getting made, seamless communication across stakeholders and quality assurance of the final product getting shipped. Our software led approach unifies various stakeholders in the manufacturing universe to collaborate to deliver the products we see around us and we love. These include product designers, manufacturing partners, logistics providers, third-party quality inspectors, financing partners, raw material suppliers and many more. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop, and implement company-wide HSE      strategies, standards, and objectives in alignment with business goals and      applicable Indian regulations.​
  • Oversee all aspects of health, safety,      environmental protection, and fire safety management for pan-India      projects, including site operations and field sites.​
  • Ensure strict compliance with statutory      requirements (Factories Act, EPA, OISD, PESO, etc.), global standards (ISO      45001, ISO 14001) and HSE contract clauses.
  • Lead safety incident management: investigation,      root cause analysis, and development of corrective and preventive actions      for all incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions.​
  • Conduct and supervise regular internal HSE      audits, site inspections, and risk assessments across refinery and project      sites, ensuring timely closure of NCRs.​
  • Mentor and guide regional HSE/Safety managers,      officers, and site teams; deliver targeted safety training and competency      development programs.​
  • Champion a proactive safety culture and organize      safety campaigns, toolbox talks, and behavioural-based safety (BBS)      initiatives.​
  • Oversee all fire safety systems and compliance,      including audits, inspection, and readiness reviews; manage emergency      preparedness and mock drills.​
  • Engage with external stakeholders (clients,      statutory authorities, vendors) for compliance, approvals, and HSE      reporting.​
  • Prepare and present HSE performance      metrics/reporting for management and clients; communicate HSE risks and      action plans regularly.



Job Requirement


· Graduate or Postgraduate in Science/Engineering with 15+ years of experience in health, safety, environment, and fire management in refinery/Oil & Gas, petrochemical, or process plant settings.

· Proven track record in HSE leadership, regulatory compliance, risk management, audits, investigations, and emergency planning.

· Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills along with strong experience in safety management systems, incident investigation, process hazard analysis (PHA, HAZOP), and statutory compliance.​

· Extensive experience with pan-India project work and ability to travel frequently as required.

· Excellent communication, high integrity, ethical standards and problem-solving abilities.

· Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
