  <li>Perform quantity take-offs from structural drawings and 3D models.</li>
  <li>Evaluate material requirements, fabrication hours, subcontracting, and logistics costs.</li>
  <li>Coordinate with engineering, procurement, production, and project teams during bid preparation.</li>
  <li>Identify project risks, exclusions, and value engineering opportunities.</li>

<p><strong>Roles &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
  <li>Lead end-to-end structural design and engineering for GFB across all product verticals — data centres, multi-storey steel structures, railway girders &amp; bridges, telecom towers, transmission line towers, and solar module mounting structures.</li>
  <li>Own structural analysis, connection design, drawing production, and BOM release using STAAD.Pro / ETABS / SAP2000 for analysis and Tekla Structures / AutoCAD for detailing and BIM.</li>
  <li>Ensure full code compliance across all designs — IS 800, IS 875, IS 1893, IS 802, IRS Steel Bridge Code, TIA-222, RDSO, and PGCIL specifications — and be the final technical sign-off authority for all engineering outputs.</li>
  <li>Manage customer drawing submissions, comment resolution, and approval cycles; interface with third-party inspection agencies (Lloyds, BV, TUV) and statutory bodies for design certification and drawing approvals.</li>
  <li>Drive Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and steel weight optimisation on all projects — reducing shop-floor rework, improving fabrication efficiency, and enhancing project margins.</li>
  <li>Support BD and commercial teams with pre-bid engineering — structural scheme design, weight estimation, material take-offs (MTO), value engineering, and technical write-ups for proposals and pre-qualification submissions.</li>
  <li>Coordinate with the Plant and Production teams to resolve fabrication queries, NCRs, and design deviations on the shop floor; ensure all drawings released are fabrication-ready with complete weld symbols, fit-up sequences, and inspection requirements.</li>
  <li>Establish and enforce engineering standards — calculation formats, drawing standards, multi-level checking workflows, document control, and KPIs including drawing release TAT, revision rate, and engineering hours per tonne.</li>
  <li>Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of 10–15 structural engineers and detailers with clear KRAs, structured performance reviews, and ongoing capability development across new codes, tools, and product categories.</li>

<p><strong>Roles &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
  <li>Lead end-to-end plant operations for the heavy fabrication facility — production planning, scheduling, fabrication, quality, and finished goods dispatch — ensuring on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery across all customer projects.</li>
  <li>Own the complete project execution lifecycle for multiple concurrent customer orders — coordinating engineering, procurement, QA, and logistics to meet committed delivery schedules without exception.</li>
  <li>Drive plant productivity targets — output (MT/month), machine utilisation, throughput time, and cost-per-MT of fabrication — with a data-driven daily/weekly/monthly review cadence.</li>
  <li>Champion a zero-harm EHS culture; ensure full compliance with Factories Act, Maharashtra EHS regulations, PTW systems, and customer HSSE requirements across all plant operations.</li>
  <li>Own plant quality management — incoming material inspection, in-process checks, NDT, and final dispatch inspection — ensuring compliance with customer ITPs, IS/EN/ASME codes, and third-party inspection requirements.</li>
  <li>Manage the contract workforce ecosystem (1000–2000+ workers) in partnership with Plant HR — maintaining a stable, trained, and productive shopfloor workforce at all times.</li>
  <li>Own the plant operating cost budget — direct labour, consumables, utilities, and maintenance — and drive quarter-on-quarter improvement in cost efficiency and OEE.</li>
  <li>Lead Lean / Kaizen / TPM initiatives to eliminate waste, reduce rework, and continuously improve shopfloor processes and equipment reliability.</li>
  <li>Build, develop, and retain a high-performing plant team with clear KRAs, structured performance reviews, and a strong internal succession pipeline.</li>
  <li>Serve as the primary plant-level interface for key customers during audits, inspection hold points, and site visits — representing GFB with full technical and operational credibility.</li>
