Key Deliverables:
  • Understand in depth the Design & engineering aspects of Mechanical, Civil & structurals, slurry piping systems for the Grinding unit, Evaporation unit (Pressure vessels as per ASME SEC VII Div. - Filtration & Calcination unit for Metal/ Mining Refinery Plants, Oil & Gas application, refineries, Petrochemical/fertilizer complexes and power plants as per the client’s specification for manufacturing of heavy equipment’s and its steel structures.
  • Evaluate customer design proposals, specifications, and manuals to assess feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements.
  • Coordinate design changes among Zetwerk, engineering partners, and the Project Management Consultant (PMC), ensuring timely completion of all engineering tasks.
  • Review and approve designs and drawings, conduct interdisciplinary reviews, and manage client submissions, including resubmissions and GFC document issuance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client comments and interdisciplinary feedback, ensuring timely follow-ups with engineering consultants.
  • Analyze structural and architectural drawings, update BOQ variance sheets, and coordinate with relevant departments.
  • Review refractory designs, engage in client design reviews, and adopt project management tools to monitor project progress.
  • Participate in weekly and project review meetings with top management.
Job Requirement
  • Knowledge of the relevant codes like API650,620,520&521 etc. & standards applicable to the Oil& Gas sector (IBR etc.)
  • ASME/ASTM standard-like design of Pressure vessels as per ASME SEC VIII, DIV 1.
  • Working experience in the latest software like AutoCAD, Civil 3d, Staad pro, Gstar CADD, Safe foundation, Tekla, Ceaser II, PDMS E3d, Navis freedom etc.,
  • Qualification: B.E/M. E. Any specialisation in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Total experience between 10-19 Yrs
