Roles & Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project plans and schedules for timely project delivery.
  • Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure productivity and progress are on track.
  • Prepare requirement documents, meeting minutes, and presentations for management reviews and regular target assessments.
  • Create variance reports (Schedule Variance and Cost Variance – using Earned Value Management) at various stages of the project to analyze deviations.
  • Monitor critical project activities and provide advice to project management to keep timelines on track.
  • Ensure timely billing with accurate and complete documentation.
  • Submit monthly sales and collection plans, ensuring cost compliance within the budget and striving to maintain or improve profit margins.
Job Requirement
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Proficiency in Primavera and MS Project for project management and scheduling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to monitor and control project performance.
  • Experience in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
