Manager - Employee Experience

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Employer Branding & Experience:
    • Design and manage programs that enhance employee engagement across key milestones such as onboarding, work anniversaries, and celebrations.
    • Organize and manage employee events and recognition programs, ensuring high participation and creating a positive work experience.
    • Build internal initiatives around enhancing Zetwerk's brand image.
  2. Wellness Initiatives:
    • Lead wellness programs and initiatives that align with our employee wellness philosophy.
    • Collaborate with teams to create resources that support mental, physical, and emotional well-being.
  3. Survey & Feedback Management:
    • Conduct regular employee feedback surveys, analyze data, and implement actionable improvement plans along with HR Business Partners.
    • Previous experience with both internal and external survey tools will be appreciated.
  4. Internal Communication Campaigns:
    • Create and execute internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.
    • Develop compelling content for internal platform that foster a strong connection to Zetwerk’s culture and sense of belongingness.
  5. Brand Representation:
    • Lead Glassdoor/ Ambitionbox - actively working on solutioning.
    • Enhance the visibility of internal programs and successes through engaging content.
  6. Budgeting & Resource Management:
    • Plan, Manage & forecast  the budget for employee engagement and experience initiatives.
Required Experience & Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience in Employer Branding, Employee Experience, or Employee Engagement.
  • Proven track record of running successful employee initiatives, culture-building programs, and surveys.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Affluent written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to problem solve.
