Job Description

Lead all civil construction activities on-site, including earthworks, foundations, concrete structures, culverts, trenches, and structural steel erection.
Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents, ensuring proper implementation at site.
Monitor contractor performance, manage work fronts, and ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Coordinate with other disciplines (mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation) to avoid interface conflicts and ensure seamless construction progress.
Enforce site safety policies and ensure compliance with HSE regulations, including conducting safety walkthroughs and participating in toolbox talks and safety audits.
Provide regular progress updates and reports, including work status, manpower utilization, material issues, and risk mitigation plans to site/project management.
To oversee and manage civil and structural construction activities at the project site

Job Requirement

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
15–20 years of experience in civil execution within oil & gas (EPC/EPCM) projects
Strong experience in managing large-scale infrastructure and structural works at site
Familiar with construction management systems, drawings, and field procedures
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Office, and project tracking Tools
