Roles & Responsibilities

  • P&L: Prepare, monitor, and control the factory's operating budget to ensure cost efficiency. Adhering to financial planning and budgeting and bringing in profitability of the business.
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily production and fabrication processes to meet targets in terms of volume, quality, and cost. Develop and implement production plans to ensure optimal resource utilization and efficiency. 
  • Co-ordinate with production, quality control, and maintenance teams to address issues and improve workflow. 
  • Strategic Planning: Monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement in productivity, safety, and quality.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set annual targets and drive initiatives for factory development. 
  • Quality: Implement quality management systems to ensure adherence to standards and specifications. Lead efforts to identify root causes of quality issues and drive corrective actions. 
  • Safety: Ensure the factory complies with all safety & Health. Implement and monitor safety programs, conducting regular audits and drills to enforce a safe work environment. Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including production supervisors, quality inspectors, maintenance, and logistics staff. 
  • Customer Centered: Ensure on-time delivery of quality products to meet customer requirements.
Job Requirement
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus. 
  • Experience: Minimum 10-12 years of experience in the manufacturing or fabrication Industry. 
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record in leading large teams, developing talent, and driving a positive work culture. 
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, equipment, and quality standards. Familiarity with manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels. 
  • Budget Management: Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management within a factory setting.
