Job Description
Sales Growth & Order Management
  • Monitor sales performance across assigned cluster and implement strategies to achieve assigned GMV and revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Oversee efficient order processing and ensure timely resolution of pre-order inquiries.
  • Ensure efficient collection of all receivables from customer accounts within the cluster.
Sales Leadership & Strategy
  • Develop and implement a cluster level sales strategy aligned with company-wide      objectives.
Job Requirement
  • Educational background –MBA with 3+ years of experience from relevance industry.
  • Experience  in Construction Industry & B2B Ecommerce (Infra) industry is a plus.
  • Strong  skills in Customer Relationship Management and query resolutions.
  • Ability to translate strategies into execution plans and take them to completion. Experience in financial aspects related to P&L.
  • Networking  & Relationship Management - Should have a strong local network.
  • Excellent  verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills
