Roles & Responsibilities –

• Manage end-to-end procurement of steel products including TMT, HR, Structural Steel and similar products.
• Identify and develop reliable suppliers based on pricing, quality, availability, and delivery capabilities.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, contracts, and payment terms with suppliers.
• Evaluate market trends and steel prices to support cost-effective purchasing decisions.
• Review project requirements and plan material procurement as per demand and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams to ensure timely availability and delivery of materials.
• Monitor supplier performance, material quality, and adherence to agreed commercial terms.

• MBA or BE / B. Tech Mechanical degree with 6 to 12 Years of experience as a purchase manager in a Steel / EPC company preferred.
• Experience in Purchase of Ferrous material (Structure Steel/HR Coils/TMT Bars or related products).
• Strong understanding of the market conditions and trends.
• Working knowledge of negotiation techniques in the industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong Negotiation Skills.
• Timely execution of Procurement.
