North America Business offers end-to-end manufacturing execution—from production planning to quality assurance, logistics, and delivery. All components are manufactured in India or Vietnam and delivered directly to the United States, with optional value-added services such as kitting, final machining, or warehousing managed through our U.S.-based operations. Roles & Responsibilities -
- Lead a high-performing team focused on translating customer requirements into executed manufacturing projects.
- Define clear objectives, track progress through key performance indicators, and create a culture of learning, accountability, and collaboration.
- Oversee the product development process — from initial scoping and feasibility analysis through sampling, validation, and launch.
- Guide the team in working closely with both internal stakeholders and external partners to align on timelines, deliverables, and quality outcomes.
- Identify and engage the most suitable manufacturing partners based on customer needs and technical feasibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent performance, mutual growth, and proactive issue resolution.
- Lead multiple projects across industries and geographies, ensuring timely execution while adapting to change.
- Partner with quality and supply chain teams to de-risk programs early in the cycle, ensuring consistent output across partners.
