North America Business is the U.S.-focused division of Zetwerk, built to support OEMs and Tier-1 companies with scalable, high-quality manufacturing out of India and Vietnam. We deliver precision-engineered components across fabrication, casting, machining, forging, and plastic injection molding—serving a wide range of industries including industrial equipment, construction, energy, and transportation.
Our goal is to simplify global manufacturing for U.S.-based companies through a tightly integrated model that blends offshore production with localized support and fulfillment. North America Business offers end-to-end manufacturing execution—from production planning to quality assurance, logistics, and delivery. All components are manufactured in India or Vietnam and delivered directly to the United States, with optional value-added services such as kitting, final machining, or warehousing managed through our U.S.-based operations. Roles & Responsibilities -
- Plan and implement QA/QC procedures and inspection protocols across all stages of fabrication and assembly.
- Prepare and review Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), Work Instructions, and Quality Plans.
- Conduct in-process and final inspection for heavy fabricated components and structures.
- Inspect and assess machined components and their dimensional tolerances using precision instruments.
- Review and approve surface treatment/painting processes as per standards (SA 2.5, DFT measurement, etc.).
- Support in root cause analysis (RCA), corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Review supplier quality documentation, incoming material inspections for castings, forgings, and fabricated items.
- Implement and maintain Core Tools: FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, and PPAP (where applicable).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality performance and reduce rework/rejection.
