ZETWERK, the world’s largest contract manufacturing marketplace, is looking for a talented professional to join our high- performing Corporate Development team. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead strategic initiatives, evaluate potential acquisitions, and drive seamless integrations to support ZETWERK’s growth ambitions. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying opportunities, conducting due diligence, and fostering partnerships that align with our business objectives.

• Identify and assess M&A opportunities aligned with Zetwerk’s growth strategy.

• Lead market research, target evaluation, and financial analysis.

• Develop valuation models (DCF, comparable, scenario modeling) and conduct ROI analysis.

• Coordinate end-to-end due diligence across financial, legal, tax, and operational areas.

• Prepare internal pitch decks, investment memos, and board-level presentations.

• Monitor industry trends to identify new strategic partnerships, investments, or joint ventures.

• Evaluate adjacent market expansion opportunities, including international and technology-led businesses.

• Support the integration of acquired businesses, track performance metrics, and drive synergy realization.

• Engage with business unit leaders and external advisors for opportunity structuring.

• Assist leadership with IPO readiness initiatives, including data organization, corporate governance, and internal process streamlining.

• Collaborate with finance, legal, and compliance teams to support investor documentation and external advisor coordination.

• Contribute to equity story development, benchmarking, and capital market analysis.

• 6-14 years of experience in corporate development, M&A, Investment banking, Private equity, or a similar field.

• An MBA + CA/CFA/Engineering background is ideal; however, this will be flexible for the candidate with right skill set

• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.

• Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
