Roles & Responsibilities -
- Lead and manage the quality function across the FATP lines (TWS, Neckband, Smart Watches).
- Ensure product quality compliance as per customer specifications, IPC standards, and in-house SOPs.
- Monitor in-line, pre-final, and final inspection processes and drive improvements to reduce rejection/rework.
- Handle customer complaints – root cause analysis, CAPA implementation, and closure.
- Prepare and present quality dashboards, analysis reports, and monthly reviews to management and customers.
- Ensure timely calibration of equipment and quality tools.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related engineering field.
- 5–8 years of quality experience in EMS or electronics manufacturing, especially in FATP assembly.
- Good understanding of PCBA testing, assembly line processes, and product validation for TWS/Neckband/Wearables.
- Hands-on experience with quality tools: 7QC tools, FMEA, CAPA, 5 Why, Pareto, Control Plans.
