Job Responsibilities:


  • Design, document, and configure SCM processes in D365 (Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, Production Control, Master Planning, Quality Management, etc.).
  • Conduct fit-gap analyses, lead workshops, and translate user needs into functional designs.
  • Oversee system configuration, prototyping (CRPs), testing (unit, integration, UAT), go‑live, and remediation.
  • Collaborate with developers on integrations, customisations, and data migration.
  • Provide system training, create documentation (FDDs, user guides), and support knowledge transfer.
  • Work closely with project managers, architects, business users, and technical teams to ensure solutions align with manufacturing workflows.
Job Requirement

  • 3 to 5 years of direct experience implementing or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/SCM, preferably in manufacturing or discrete process industries
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing-related SCM modules: Production Control, Master Planning, Inventory/Warehouse, Quality & MRP
  • Microsoft certification in D365 SCM and familiarity with warehouse/mobile apps, quality management, and supply chain best practices
  • Prior experience in manufacturing ERP implementations (Discrete, Process, ETO/JIT) and proficiency in Azure DevOps, LCS, Power Platform tools
  • Experience in requirement gathering, fit/gap analysis, and functional specification documentation
  • Skilled in delivering workshops (UAT), end-user training, and change management
  • Adept at data migration using D365 tools and maintaining system configurations
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
Location & Shift:
  • Must be able to work US time zones (e.g. 9 AM–6 PM ET/PT)
  • Remote/hybrid role for Bengaluru-based work aligned to US hours
