Job Responsibilities:
- Design, document, and configure SCM processes in D365 (Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, Production Control, Master Planning, Quality Management, etc.).
- Conduct fit-gap analyses, lead workshops, and translate user needs into functional designs.
- Oversee system configuration, prototyping (CRPs), testing (unit, integration, UAT), go‑live, and remediation.
- Collaborate with developers on integrations, customisations, and data migration.
- Provide system training, create documentation (FDDs, user guides), and support knowledge transfer.
- Work closely with project managers, architects, business users, and technical teams to ensure solutions align with manufacturing workflows.
