ZETWERK, the world’s largest contract manufacturing marketplace, is looking for a driven and hands-on business leader to join our fast-scaling operations team. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for setting up and growing a new business vertical with complete accountability for its performance, profitability, and execution.
We're searching for change-makers who love to optimize, automate, and innovate. This role is ideal for someone with strong operational experience in manufacturing, a problem-solving mindset, and a track record of building and scaling business operations from the ground up. You will work cross-functionally to drive outcomes and deliver value across customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

What You'll Do:
1. Business Setup & Growth
  • Take ownership of launching and operationalizing a new business vertical.
  • Define and execute growth strategies, identify customer needs, and build market-relevant offerings.
  • Set up processes, teams, and operating structures aligned with business objectives.
2. P&L Management & Business Performance
  • Own the P&L for the business unit, including revenue generation, cost control, and margin expansion.
  • Drive financial planning, budgeting, and performance tracking.
  • Identify levers for operational efficiency, customer value creation, and profitability improvement.
3. Manufacturing & Supply Chain Execution
  • Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturing partners, and quality teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Lead procurement, production planning, and inventory management with a focus on timely delivery and cost optimization.
  • Solve daily operational challenges and implement long-term improvements across the supply chain.
4. Cross-functional Leadership
  • Partner with internal teams including Engineering, Product, Finance, and HR to build robust, scalable operations.
  • Hire and lead an on-ground operations team with a focus on execution, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the single point of accountability for business outcomes in your vertical.
5. Customer & Market Orientation
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understand their business problems, and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Continuously analyze market trends, competition, and pricing to refine offerings and maintain an edge.
Job Requirement
  • 8+ years of experience in business or operations roles, preferably in manufacturing, capital goods, or industrial sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently build and scale business operations with end-to-end ownership.
  • Proven track record in managing large teams, handling manufacturing operations, and delivering P&L results.
  • Strong analytical thinking, execution orientation, and decision-making skills.
  • Engineering or operations background preferred; MBA or equivalent degree is a plus.
