Job Responsibilities:
  • Supporting HRBP team in implementing HR policies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Assisting in managing employee life cycle processes including confirmation, transfers, promotions, and separations.
  • Updating and Maintaining HR databases, personnel files, and digitized records.
  • Coordinating employee engagement activities,  training programs, and performance management cycles.
  • Supporting administration of attendance, payroll inputs, and HR analytics for workforce planning.
  • Assisting in resolving employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
  • Contributing to HR projects such as process automation, digitization, and culture-building initiatives.
Job Requirement
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management from a recognized tier 2 institute.
  • 1 year of relevant internship or project experience preferred (freshers preferred).
  • Familiarity with HR processes in manufacturing or industrial environments is an advantage.
  • Sound understanding of basic HR functions and best practices and excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, Analytical mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
