Job Responsibilities:
- Supporting HRBP team in implementing HR policies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Assisting in managing employee life cycle processes including confirmation, transfers, promotions, and separations.
- Updating and Maintaining HR databases, personnel files, and digitized records.
- Coordinating employee engagement activities, training programs, and performance management cycles.
- Supporting administration of attendance, payroll inputs, and HR analytics for workforce planning.
- Assisting in resolving employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
- Contributing to HR projects such as process automation, digitization, and culture-building initiatives.
