Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize production line layouts, material flow, and workstation balancing.
- Support New Product Introduction activities by defining line setup, takt time, and equipment needs.
- Develop and maintain time studies, standard work, and process documentation.
- Lead and support process improvements through Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
- Define and implement PFMEA, Control Plans, and Line balancing for all SKUs.
- Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams for Design for Manufacturing and continuous improvements.
- Evaluate and deploy automation and fixture solutions in coordination with product and test engineering.
- Support cost reduction initiatives through waste elimination and productivity improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, 5S, and ESD protocols.
