Roles & Responsibilities -
  • Monitor invoice flow, ensure accurate booking and timely processing of vendor bills.
  • Reconcile vendor ledgers, resolve mismatches, and coordinate with purchase and store departments.
  • Deduct TDS as per applicable sections, maintain challans, and assist in quarterly return filing.
  • Perform GSTR-2A and GSTR-3B reconciliation.
  • Maintain AP records, payment proofs, and support for internal and statutory audits.
  • Ensure timely recording of capital assets, depreciation calculations, and tagging of assets

Job Requirement
  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter
  • Strong understanding of TDS, GST, and Accounts Payable workflow
  • Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Filters)
  • Experience with ERP systems like Tally, SAP, or Oracle
  • Detail-oriented, strong communication, and follow-up skills
