North America Business offers end-to-end manufacturing execution—from production planning to quality assurance, logistics, and delivery. Roles & Responsibilities -
- Preparing and processing documentation for export and import shipments, such as packing lists, Bills of lading, commercial invoices, certificates of origin, and verify & approve Shipping bills and Bills of Entry for filing.
- Send the pre-alert to customer / Project Manger and arrange documents as per customer requirement.
- Liaising with stakeholders, such as CHA, customs officials, forwarding agents, and government authorities, to ensure timely clearance and shipment of cargo.
- Planning shipments according to buyers' estimated time of arrival and departure.
- Booking space with shipping lines.
- Track inbound and outbound shipments to prevent delays.
- Process the service provider invoices as per the agreed/approved rate.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and international trade.
- Having knowledge of Incoterm, Letter of Credit, Foreign trade policy and procedure, customs and insurance documentation, customs duty calculation, Logistics and freight industry.
