Roles & Responsibilities -
- Design, develop, and/or procure necessary tooling while ensuring adherence to project budgets.
- Create work package estimates and Bills of Materials (BOMs) from engineering drawings.
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis for proposed process and equipment changes.
- Minimize product quality issues caused by process deviations.
- Lead high-impact process and quality improvement projects that significantly reduce defects and increase cell productivity.
- Provide engineering support throughout the product development lifecycle, including test plan creation and execution.
- Monitor progress of all new product introductions, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop comprehensive NPI project plans, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure delivery of high-quality products.
