Role and Responsibilities:
  • Develop a strong understanding of electronic manufacturing processes and workflows.
  • Work extensively with ERP tools; ERP experience is mandatory.
  • Review and analyze Bills of Materials (BOMs); raise queries and clarifications where required.
  • Prepare and manage Engineering Change Notes/Orders (ECN/ECO) for both internal and customer-driven changes.
  • Apply knowledge of automotive standards such as IATF 16949, APQP, and PPAP in documentation and process control.
  • Understand manufacturing processes and prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Independently prepare product-related tools, jigs, and fixtures documentation as per requirements.
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) procedures with accurate documentation.
  • Take responsibility for documentation during new product implementation in the production line.
Job Requirement
  • Diploma / B.E. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience in EMS Manufacturing with strong knowledge of IATF 16949 standards.
  • 3–5 years of experience in documentation, EMS, or medical/aerospace sectors.
