Role and Responsibilities:

Develop a strong understanding of electronic manufacturing processes and workflows.
Work extensively with ERP tools; ERP experience is mandatory.
Review and analyze Bills of Materials (BOMs); raise queries and clarifications where required.
Prepare and manage Engineering Change Notes/Orders (ECN/ECO) for both internal and customer-driven changes.
Apply knowledge of automotive standards such as IATF 16949, APQP, and PPAP in documentation and process control.
Understand manufacturing processes and prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Independently prepare product-related tools, jigs, and fixtures documentation as per requirements.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) procedures with accurate documentation.
Take responsibility for documentation during new product implementation in the production line.

Job Requirement

Diploma / B.E. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (preferred).
Hands-on experience in EMS Manufacturing with strong knowledge of IATF 16949 standards.
3–5 years of experience in documentation, EMS, or medical/aerospace sectors.
