Roles & Responsibilities:


• Lead the estimation team for LSTK/EPC projects in the Mineral & Metals sector, including Steel Plants, Pellet Plants, Beneficiation Plants, Aluminium Smelters, Zinc Plants, Material Handling Systems, and Mining infrastructure projects.

• Own and manage multidisciplinary estimation activities across civil, mechanical, structural, piping, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines.

• Thoroughly review tender documents, technical specifications, BOQs, drawings, and client requirements with focus on commercial and execution risks.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates based on project scope, PFDs/P&IDs, GA drawings, layouts, and engineering deliverables.

• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal engineering teams for RFQs, techno-commercial evaluations, and budgetary proposals.

• Develop commercial comparisons and bid strategies to support competitive proposal submissions.

• Liaise with engineering, procurement, contracts, project management, and business development teams to align project scope and costing assumptions.

• Ensure timely submission of accurate, comprehensive, and competitive techno-commercial proposals. Support management in bid review meetings, project risk analysis, value engineering, and cost optimization initiatives.

Job Requirement

• Minimum 15 years of experience in estimation/proposal management for EPC/LSTK projects in the Mineral & Metals industry.

• Experience in vendor/subcontractor management, RFQs, techno-commercial evaluations, and budgetary estimation.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, or related discipline). A Masterʼs degree or certification in project management or cost estimation would be advantageous.
