Role Overview
We are looking for a Data Analyst – Corporate Finance to support financial data management, analysis, and reporting as the company prepares for a potential IPO. The role will focus on data entry, financial reporting, debt monitoring, and banking operations, with regular interaction with banks and lenders in a B2B manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and maintain financial and operational data
- Perform accurate data entry and preparation of MIS, lender reports, and financial models
- Assist in preparation of periodic reports for banks, NBFCs, and other lenders
- Maintain debt and loan repayment schedules, including interest calculations and covenant tracking
- Support banking operations such as documentation, drawdowns, repayments, and reconciliation of bank statements
- Assist in tracking fund utilization and responding to lender and audit data requests
- Perform basic financial analysis including trends, variances, and working capital metrics
- Maintain organized documentation for lender reporting, audits, and due diligence
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, finance operations, MIS, or corporate finance support
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems preferred
- Basic understanding of financial statements and banking processes
- High attention to detail and ability to meet tight reporting timelines
