Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end SMT and FATP manufacturing processes.
  • Monitor and optimize SMT processes including solder paste printing, SPI, pick & place, reflow oven, and AOI.
  • Manage FATP activities including assembly, testing, troubleshooting, packing, and process control.
  • Perform process validation, line setup, and parameter optimization for new and existing products.
  • Analyze production defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Drive yield improvement, cycle time reduction, and productivity enhancement initiatives.
  • Support NPI (New Product Introduction) and engineering change implementation.
  • Prepare and maintain SOPs, process documents, and production reports.
  • Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams for smooth operations.
  • Ensure adherence to ESD, IPC, safety, and quality standards.
  • Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement activities.
Job Requirement

B.Tech / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field

4–8 Years in EMS / Electronics Manufacturing Industry

Strong knowledge of SMT and FATP manufacturing processes.

Experience in process improvement, yield enhancement, and root cause analysis.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
