About the Role

We are looking for a driven and analytically sharp Senior Manager – Corporate Finance to join our growing leadership team. This role sits at the heart of our financial operations and requires a strategic thinker who can bridge complex banking processes with sharp data-driven decision-making. If you thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment and bring deep expertise in trade finance, forex, and financial reporting, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee corporate finance functions including budgeting, financial planning, and capital allocation.
• Manage end-to-end banking operations and maintain strong relationships with banking partners and financial institutions.
• Drive trade finance activities including letters of credit, bank guarantees, export/import financing, and related documentation.
• Monitor and manage foreign exchange (forex) exposures, hedging strategies, and currency risk management.
• Build robust financial data models and deliver comprehensive management reporting, dashboards, and performance analytics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with treasury, accounts, and leadership to support strategic financial decisions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements across all financial processes.
  Identify process improvement opportunities within the finance function and drive automation and efficiency initiatives.
  

Qualifications

Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance from a reputed institution

Experience: 8–12 years in corporate finance, banking, or treasury roles

Analytical Tools: Advanced Excel, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred), BI tools
