Role Overview 

We are looking for an experienced finance operations leader to manage and scale backend financial operations across Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. The role requires strong people leadership, deep process expertise, and close partnership with business stakeholders to ensure robust AR/AP ageing, working capital control, and operational efficiency. 


Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end P2P and O2C operations, ensuring smooth invoice processing, billing, collections, and reconciliations.

• Own AR & AP ageing, driving DSO/DPO improvements and tight working capital control.

• Define and execute collections and payment strategies to minimize overdue and improve cash flow visibility.

• Partner closely with Sales, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Business teams to resolve disputes and close long-pending items.

• Drive accurate cash forecasting, inflow tracking, and regular MIS reporting for leadership.

• Build, lead, and scale high-performing finance operations teams, with strong focus on productivity and capability development.

• Strengthen processes, SOPs, and internal controls across finance operations.

• Lead automation and process improvement initiatives using ERP and workflow tools.

• Ensure adherence to SLAs while working with cross-border stakeholders

Job Requirement

• Willingness to work in night shifts to support global operations and stakeholder alignment across time zones

• Prior experience in managing financial operations for international entities / global markets, with exposure to multi-currency transactions and cross-border compliance

• Deep understanding of AR/AP ageing, working capital, and cash flow management

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP / MSD / NetSuite or similar)

• 3–6years of experience in finance operations / shared services

• Background in commerce, finance, or accounting (CA Inter/ CA/CWA)

• Prior experience managing large teams and complex business portfolios

• Exposure to audits, compliance, and process automation is a plus
