About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Finance professional to partner with industrial and business teams. The role will be responsible for driving financial planning, performance management, cost optimization, and decision support for manufacturing operations while ensuring strong financial governance and controls.


Roles and Responsibilities:

• Partner with plant leadership and business teams to drive financial performance and profitability.

• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial reviews for manufacturing operations.

• Analyze plant P&L, manufacturing costs, margins, and operational KPIs, providing actionable insights.

• Monitor and report key cost drivers including raw materials, labor, overheads, yield losses, scrap, and inventory.

• Conduct variance analysis (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast) and support corrective action planning.

• Drive working capital optimization through effective management of inventory, receivables, and payables.

• Support product costing, standard costing, pricing decisions, and profitability analysis.

• Establish financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies and processes.

• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Commercial teams to improve business performance.

• Support business cases, capex evaluations, and strategic decision-making through financial analysis.

Job Requirement
  • Qualified CA with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience OR CMA with 2–4 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong experience in Business Finance, Plant Finance, Manufacturing Finance, or FP&A.
  • Good understanding of manufacturing cost structures, inventory accounting, and working capital management.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and business partnering skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) preferred.
