About the Role

Pinaka Aerospace is looking for a highly motivated CA Industrial Trainee to join the Business Finance team. This role offers hands-on exposure to financial planning, business partnering, cost analysis, MIS reporting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making within a fast-growing aerospace and manufacturing environment. The trainee will work closely with finance leaders and cross-functional teams to support business performance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support monthly MIS preparation, financial reporting, and management dashboards.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for business units and projects.

• Analyze revenue, costs, margins, and profitability across products and programs.

• Partner with operations, procurement, and supply chain teams to track key business metrics.

• Support inventory, working capital, and cash flow analysis.

• Assist in preparation of business cases, investment proposals, and financial models.

• Participate in month-end closing activities, reconciliations, and financial reviews.

• Support internal controls, audits, and compliance-related activities.

• Drive process improvement initiatives through automation and data-driven insights.

• CA student eligible for Industrial Training under ICAI regulations.

• Strong academic record with completion of Articleship requirements as per ICAI norms.

• Good understanding of accounting, finance, costing, and financial analysis.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Prior exposure to manufacturing, industrial, or project-based businesses will be an added advantage.
