Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the organization's controllership function, ensuring accurate and timely  financial reporting.
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, statutory  requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Drive robust internal controls and governance frameworks to safeguard company  assets. 
  • Lead statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and coordinate with external  auditors.
  • Monitor manufacturing accounting, including inventory valuation, cost  accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts.  
  • Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic  decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.  
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and finance  transformation initiatives.
  • Mentor and lead the finance team while fostering a culture of continuous  improvement.
Job Requirement
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.  
  • 8–10 years of post-qualification experience in finance and controllership.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing organization is essential.  
  • Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, financial reporting and internal controls. 
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or  similar).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
