About the Role

We are looking for a Controllership Intern to join the Finance team at Zetwerk. The role offers hands-on exposure to financial reporting, controllership, audit and internal controls in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support monthly, quarterly and annual financial close, including preparation of Ind AS financial statements, MIS, reconciliations, provisions and other financial reporting activities.
  • Assist in consolidation and intercompany accounting, including preparation and review of relevant schedules and workings.
  • Coordinate with Big 4 auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audits, including preparation of audit schedules, supporting documentation and resolution of audit queries.
  • Assist in assessing financial and process controls, identifying gaps and supporting initiatives to strengthen controls and improve processes.
  • Work closely with finance and business teams for data analysis, variance analysis, reporting and resolution of accounting-related issues.
  • Support process improvement, automation and other strategic projects within the controllership function.

Job Requirement
  • CA student eligible for Industrial Training under ICAI regulations.
  • Strong academic record with completion of Articleship requirements as per ICAI norms.
  • Good understanding of accounting, finance, costing, and financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Prior exposure to manufacturing, industrial, or project-based businesses will be an added advantage.
